Vishwas Gangurde ,spoke on "Politics and Politicians sell themselves and their ideas with Political Campaigns!" ”

Mahatma Gandhi is the biggest strategizer of political campaign - his Dandi March, and uniting the country with weaving hand spun khadi. He said that everyone wants power, but what is it that is done with the power that is given is the most important criterion in the politician with a difference. He sarcastically commented that the opposition party can always use the failure of the ruling government as their political campaign. There are 3 types of votes during the elections; one are the fixed voters for your party, second are the fixed voters for the opposition, and the third are the "floating" voters - to whom the campaign has to be targeted.

Shri Arun Gujarati :, spoke on, " Role of Speaker in Parliamentary Democracy"

Quote
: My word is law within the four war.
What is the parliamentary democracy? There are two kinds of democracies in the world. More even than that a presidential system of democracy and the parliamentary system of democracy. There in this country we have a parliamentary system of democracy. On 15th August 1947 India got freedom and on 26th January 1950 India become democratic Republic country. Earlier the speaker was called President. Two wives are important for the Speaker. One is Independent and second is impartial. When the speaker speaks he speaks on the behalf of all the leaders from the different parties. To be a successful speaker, he should be a through gentleman. He should love the country. His commitment is not only to the parliament but also to the people of India. I am committed for the welfare of the people of India. Trusts, faith, Justice are the basic things required for the speaker. The job of the speaker is to maintain decorum, dignity, discipline and order. The speaker has no party, the speaker has no leader, speaker is independent, and speaker is impartial.
I say that India’s democracy is best.
